The woman behind Betty’s Bakery (molecular sensations)
Betty was born in the Styrian town of Graz, Austria.
She holds the Masters Certificate of the “Knightsbridge PME School of Cake Decorating”, where she was instructed by internationally known artists Paula MacLeod & Tony Warren. As well she was taught by malaysian Cake Designer Kelvin Chua from “vinism sugar art” in the art of Royal Icing Transfer & Cake Design.
Living & working for several years in Barcelona (Spain), where she owned a Cake Design Studio, she studied at the famous schools “Cakes Haute Couture” with Patricia Arribálzaga and “Sucre i Vainilla” with Viviana Zerneri.
Betty is vegetarian and became in 2013 a “Multiversal Energy Coach” at Stefanie Vlas’ school.
Since 2015 she is living & working again in her hometown Graz, Austria.
