Please send an email to info@bettys-bakery.com with your requirements & ideas for your bespoke cake or even if you want us to organize a cake tasting appointment for your wedding or event, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. I am happy to advise you also regarding colour selection, design, shape and flavour combinations.

Since your order is assumed to be personalized and crafted by hand, we require a minimum time from 30 days up to 6 months (Wedding Cakes) to design and process your commission. Therefore please book your appointment or order in advance: for birthdays, caterings, events 1-3 months, weddings 3-6 months.

You can pay by bank transfer. 50% deposit on order confirmation and 50% 14 days prior to completion of your order. For cancellations up to 21 days before the scheduled delivery date Bettyʻs Bakery (molecular sensations) retains 25% of the toal price as a handling fee. For a cancellation within 21 days prior to delivery or pick-up date decorative elements are already in progress and therefore the already paid deposit of 50% will be withheld to cover costs.

There is a minimum amount when ordering: for cakes it´s 12 portions, for minicakes 15 pieces, for regular cupcakes 1 dozen, for mini-cupcakes 2 dozen by flavour, 15 cookies by design and 20 cake pops. For inquiries about Austrian Christmas Cookies, please contact me by mail.

Since each product is of bespoke nature, prices are individually quoted, based on your requirements & needs, therefore no standard prices exist. Cake prices depend on the quantity and design effort. Prices for cupcakes start with 2,50 €, layer cake portions with 4 € and fondant cake portions with 8 €.

You can book your seat at our workshops by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal transaction through the online shopping cart. Cancellation is no longer possible in completing your reservation, but you are welcome to send a replacement for your participation or reschedule for another date.

Please note that you can drop by by appointment only! The best way to organize an appointment for your bespoke cake is via email.

Since especially the multi-tiered cake transportation is tricky, we can also provide you with our extra service of delivering & setting up your wedding or event cake - including an additional fee - within Styria & surroundings. The additional delivery price depends on distance & time, for quotation please contact us via info@bettys-bakery.com.

You are welcome to pick up your cake at Bettyʻs Bakery (molecular sensations)’s studio Graz by yourself. You will be provided with suitable transport packaging and storage instructions. Please note that the full resposability for the safety of the cake and the liability for the product is then handed over to you or to your representative transportation company. Betty`s Bakery (molecular sensations) is not liable for any damages thereafter.

As the cakes and cupcakes are very elaborately decorated and thus very fragile, they cannot be sent. We ask for your understanding!

You can pay for your Bettyʻs Cake Stand by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal through the online shopping cart.

With the completion of your online booking your Bettyʻs Cake Stand-Order will be forwarded automatically to the respective Cake Stand Designer in Austria. Since each commissioned Bettyʻs Cake Stand is an exclusive, entirely by hand crafted (certified by the BCS stamp) single piece, the delivery time can take between 6-8 weeks. For international shipping please add + 10-14 days duration time.

You can view the delivery price at the conclusion of your order and choose between a standard package (about 5 business days, for international deliveries approx. 10-14 business days) and an express package (about 3-4 business days, for international deliveries approx. 10-12 business days) of Österreichische Post AG (Austrian Mail). The price refers to the zone to be delivered.

For international customers: Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. For questions or more information, please contact your local customs office regarding your countryʼs custom policies.

These general sales conditions apply strictly to all product sales made in Austria for Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations) with VAT number X6088853V made to natural persons.

Any order made at Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations) implies necessarily an essential, decisive and indispensable, unqualified acceptance implicitly by the customer of the General Sales Conditions of Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations) in effect on the day to perform the appropriate order. In addition, the customer acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions involves the application of the order to which they refer, as well as any subsequent order, except for those cases in which new conditions are brought to its attention by Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations). The fact that Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations) does not recur at any time to any of these conditions cannot be interpreted or equal renounces appeal to them in the future or in the past.

Applicable law and jurisdiction. The interpretation and enforcement of the conditions, as well as all acts which are a result of them, shall be subject to austrian law, unless there are public policy provisions contrary to it.

Prices quoted at Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations) are in Euro and are valid except for typographical errors. The cake stand and workshop prices include sales taxes, applicable on the date of the order, any change in tax rate will be applied automatically to the product prices for sale at Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations).

The offers on products for sale at Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations) are displayed under „Offers“ or indicated in the product details and, if not stated otherwise, are valid while displayed on the screen.

When ordering, the customer can choose to pay the purchases at Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations) by:

a) Payment in advance by bank transfer:

The customer makes a bank transfer to the account of Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations) for the amount of the ordered product price. The transfer must indicate the order number (the number is automatically assigned by the system to conclude the order is placed), besides pointing as recipient Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations).

The transfer has to be completed within a maximum period of ten days from placing the order to the bank account that is reflected when ordering. If in this time there is no record of payment, the order is automatically canceled.

b) Payment by credit card:

The customer can choose to pay by credit card, performing the operation at the time of ordering. We only accept Visa and Mastercard, protected by Visa Verified. If your card is not registered for Verified, you can consult with your bank office to register it. The total amount is equal to the sum of the prices of all products.

c) Payment through PayPal:

If a member of PayPal, you will only have to enter your name and password and the payment will be made immediately.

For EU customers

Exceptions:
If the chosen payment method is bank transfer, production and shipping of the order will not be made until Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations) has received a confirmation of the bank transfer.

Delivery:
The customer may indicate a delivery location other than their usual residence. In any case the order is sent to the address indicated by the client as delivery address. Orders will not be delivered to P. O. Boxes or addresses whose data can be confusing.

Defective Order:
Very important - The customer must check the packaging is intact at the time of receiving the package and that it has no marks or bumps that may have damaged the inside and have spoiled some of the merchandise. In case of observing any damage, you must notify Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations) within 24 hours from receiving your package by mail indicating what happened, in order to resolve the situation quickly.

Exchanges and Returns:
If you would like to return your merchandise you must notify Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations) via email info@bettyscakestands.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. In this mail you should indicate which product you want to change or return and the reason for the change.

You must then return the merchandise within 10 working days at your expense. Products that are exchanged or returned must be in perfect condition, labeling, sealing and original packaging. They must reach Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations) perfectly packed and protected. We suggest that you insure the package as we will not be able to issue a refund voucher if the merchandise arrives to us damaged.

In no case Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations) will return the money of your order. Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations) provides you a refund voucher for the amount of your purchase which will be valid for 3 months from the return of the item. Please note that international orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exceptions:
Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations) will not be responsible for refunds on products handled by the customer, or those goods that are returned incomplete both in its main elements as accessories.

There shall be no right of withdrawal beyond the deadline.

Nor shall there be withdrawal on goods or orders that may be considered for its special characteristics as requested by the client.

In case of excessive use of the product we will not accept such refund.

Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations) accepts only minimal wear of the product solely because of testing without altering the conditions of the product at the time of delivery. In cases of abnormal use of either we will not accept such refund or exchange.

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter LOPD), Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations), owner of the website www.bettysbakery. com and www.bettyscakestands.com (hereinafter, the website), informs the user of this site of the existence of an automated personal data, created by Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations) and under its responsibility.

The data of registered users, through the provided forms on the website, are collated by Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations) in order to facilitate the service delivery, which Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations) provides through its website, reporting on the status of orders and facilitate the delivery of online purchases.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the registration form, to be completed by the user, are strictly necessary to fulfill your request, with voluntary inclusion of data in the remaining fields. Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations) offers to users, who previously have given their authorization through the subscription form, provided for that purpose, the service of sending a newsletter that includes news, updates and information relevant to the website. The user may unsubscribe or change subscription details for this newsletter by using the interactive form on the website. Also, Betty‘s Bakery (molecular sensations) reports to send commercial communications by electronic means with information about other products, services and events that may be of interest to users of the website, when asked to do so.
