About Betty

Betty, the pastry chef behind Betty’s Bakery (molecular sensations)

Betty was born in the Styrian town of Graz, Austria.

After graduation she settled in advertising & media and decided to move abroad in 2004.

Living for 10 years in Barcelona (Spain), where she owned a cake design studio, Betty studied at the famous schools “Cakes Haute Couture” with Patricia Arribálzaga and “Sucre i Vainilla” with Viviana Zerneri. Additionally she holds the Masters Certificate of the “Knightsbridge PME School of Cake Decorating” in Great Britain, where she was instructed by Paula MacLeod & Tony Warren. Betty studied as well at “vinism sugar art” with malaysian cake designer Kelvin Chua.

Betty is vegetarian and became in 2013 a “Multiversal Energy Coach” at Stefanie Vlas’ “Multiversal school of Energy” (R). Marie Czapka & Conny Vögl from “Glücksschmiede Graz” are since many years close adviser (& friends).

Since 2015 she is living & working in her hometown Graz, Austria.
